PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Residents of the Town of Newbury please note that on Wednesday, May 6, 2015, at 8:00 p.m., the Newbury Planning Board will hold a public hearing at Newbury Town Hall, 25 High Road, Newbury, MA 01951 to consider the application of Lisa Porter, 48 Old Rowley Road, Newbury, MA, for approval of a Special Permit under Newbury’s Zoning By-Laws §§ 97-3.M., 97-10.C. and 97-11.C. to operate a home-based business consisting of an animal boarding kennel, 24 hour operation. The parcel consists of approximately 1.17acres of land located at 48 Old Rowley Road, Assessors Map No. R05, Lot No. 31, in the Residential-Agricultural District.
Copies of the application are on file with the Town Clerk and with the Planning Office, 25 High Road, Newbury, MA, and are available for review during regular Town Hall business hours.
